The Still Point is your reset space. A place where your body can unclench and your mind can catch up.
You’ll find movement, stillness, somatic tools, Reiki, and honest conversation woven together without any performance or pretense.
The aim is straightforward: create enough quiet and clarity that you can sense your own rhythm again and move from it.

Awareness
We start by working to actually see what’s happening - internally and externally.
This includes noticing patterns, reactions, body cues, beliefs, and the stories running the show. Without awareness, everything else is guesswork.

Regulation
Next we work to support the nervous system enough that change is possible.
This is where grounding, somatic tools, breath, pacing, boundaries, and emotional capacity come in. When the system settles, you can choose rather than react.

Integration
Now we will begin translating insight into lived behavior.
This is the part where shifts begin to take root. Updating old patterns, building habits that match your values, and starting to anchor new sensations into daily life.
